Our centres are purpose built. We have designed and constructed our learning spaces to reflect our purpose – to develop confident, competent leaners.

This means that our indoor and outdoor envrions support children of all ages and stages, providing them with the best and safe opportunities to learn and develop, including the different routines and programmes offered for the each of our programmes.

Our learning spaces allow children to explore their environments with confidence, to foster social competence, motor skills, movement, art & creativity, music, science, language and numeracy. Samoan language development is central to all our learning environments.

We have also created spaces for parents and whanau to gather as they talk and plan for their child’s learning journey at Taeaofou.
